On behalf of the Austrian Parliament, the Children’s Office operates DemokratieWEBstatt, the online portal for children and young people aged 8 to 14.
A wide range of topics relating to democracy and parliamentarism have been prepared according to age. Young citizens should learn political involvement in a playful way and be encouraged to participate. Current political and social priorities, online chats with parliamentarians and numerous interactive elements complement this innovative online educational program.
